PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULTATION
The consultation consists of three parts:
- Together with your Skin Expert, you will go through a detailed questionnaire.
- Your Skin Expert will then visually examine your skin.
- Based on your skin needs, your Skin Instant©, your Skin Expert will give you a personalized product recommendation.
To provide you more accurate and personalized results, follow these recommendations:
- Sit in a quiet, undisturbed location during the video call
- Remove your makeup
- Choose a place that is well-lit with natural light
