Modifications and cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. We invite you to contact us so that we can assist you.
How can I return a product?

Once we have received your products in new, unsued, and unopened condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the returned items (excluding delivery charges). Where are Biologique Recherche products manufactured?
At its foundation, Biologique Recherche laboratory and factory were located at our headquarters in Suresnes, France. In 2021, to accommodate the growth of the brand and increase production capacity, the laboratory was relocated to Argenteuil, France.
Can I use Biologique Recherche products if I am pregnant or nursing?
The majority of our products have been assessed by our toxicologist and present no contraindications for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment. Please note, this policy is clearly stated in our booking confirmation emails as well as during phone appointment scheduling.
