However, if you purchased your product from another retailer, or a Biologique Recherche Residence, you will need to address the return directly with them. At its foundation, Biologique Recherche laboratory and factory were located at our headquarters in Suresnes, France. In 2021, to accommodate the growth of the brand and increase production capacity, the laboratory was relocated to Argenteuil, France.

Yes, most Biologique Recherche products have an expiration date, which is indicated on the packaging. There is also a period of use after opening for all products except single-use products. This information is also provided on all relevant packaging.

To cancel an appointment, please ensure to do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. You can cancel by replying to the confirmation email of your booking or by calling the Residence directly. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment. Please note, this policy is clearly stated in our booking confirmation emails as well as during phone appointment scheduling.
